Pastor John,I like the look and height of that windshield could you tell me if it is tinted or clear,it looks like it is tinted but want to make sure before I order, thanks.
I"m a cheap person, and I'm impatient.....so I waited until there were in-stock blems, and I bought a +1" with grey tint, and a vent...
I got too late for summer time riding, so far I THINK the vent is a waste, but the Clearview is a clear winner.... the stock HD windshield, and the Cee Bailey stock replacement buffetted me so badly, I was seeing double....now i can read street signs when I'm looking for a turn without having to slow down

I just got a blemish one today in the mail. I can't even see the blemish in the garage. Maybe in the sunlight? Anyways, I am 6' and got the 8" recurve. It sure looks tall looking through it compared to the 6" I had on, but I have not ridden it yet. Hope I didn't get to tall. What height are you 6' guys running?
got my blemish 8" recurve dark grey - looks great and really not to tall compard to the stock SG shield. cant ride it since -1C and roads have sand from road salt.. cant wait till spring to try it. great service from John and Clearshield. btw - got my blemish in 1 week after ordered. even in CANADA....
ride safe --
Thanks folks for the opinions and info. PJ, how do you keep that black lookin so wet? What a shine! But I'm a little partial to Sparky's Awesome color! But lookin at Sparky's shield I noticed the distortion of the cars tail lamp and body seams. With their name being Clearview, I assumed (my bad) that it was because it was more optically correct. My stock HD shield protects great but I need to see over the shield. With that being said, can I get some opinions from the guys that look over their shield? Any brand shield. Do they custom make shields to any height? Maybe needs to be 3 to 4 inches vertically shorter than my stock HD one.
