I find it comical that there was just a thread how every jumps to a lawyer right away and slit of these suggestions are get a lawyer or insurance company involved. What happened to assuming the best and if something else comess up then deal with it?
The dealer said they'd make it right and I think him waiting to see what they plan on doing first is the best thing to do. It was really good the tech is fine. It seems their is a history between the dealer and him so I think they will try to right him to the fullest.
No matter how it goes down everyone is ok and his bike will be fixed or replaced.

i agree, why let a slimey lawyer gat anything out of this if you sdont have to. Insurance companys are just as bad if not worse than lawyers.
I'll bet you don't have State Farm Insurance then.
If your agent was working on your behalf.
All my State Farm agent has done in the past 8 years is hand me an 800 number to call.
You got a good agent there, I wish he was my agent.
My exact experience with State Farm. Agent is useless except to try and sell me more insurance or send me some religious right BS. I have homeowners with SF but all my vehicles are with GEICO and they have been good on claims and going after the other guy when necessary.
Good morning guys. What a different 24 hrs can do. First the tech. that was on the bike did run red lightand was cited. (andy) has broken arm and nose and should be good soon. The bike is a rite off. I got a new camera to take pics and did but I am having trouble with geting them to download. I will keep trying! Next I can not say enough great things about Tucson H.D. Shane met my wife (gloria) and myself at 8am . He showed us the bike and it was bad. The front end was BROKE OFF! I have never seen a fork tube upper and lower brake! frame is bent till and touching the broken motor! The car he hit was also totaled. He is a VERY lucky man to be here. Shane said what would It take to make us WHOLE. Well we will pick up our new 09 Ultra Classic Red sunglow in 7-10 days! In the meantime We are riding a 09 Ultra Classic loaner. I can not say how great we were treated! I will try to get pics. loaded as soon as I can. I am geting ready to go in to work now. The boss gave me the day yesterday and we rode from about noon till dark. 09 ultras are a great ride. Well have to go for now but I will be back in touch. And thank you for all for all the support. WOW! Sounds like the Tech is lucky to be alive. It's great that the dealer is taking care of you like that. Looks like it's all going to work out for you.
WOW!!!! That's great. Always nice to hear when a dealer (bike or cage) does the right thing. I'm sure you'll enjoy the new ride. Congrats on a happy ending.
Great news and thanks for keeping us updated. This has been one of the most interesting threads I've seen around here in quite a while.
Hopefully this incident might restore some faith of the masses in our dealerships. Funny thing, I read a lot about how unhappy people are with their dealers, yet I have yet to have one unpleasant experience with mine.
Enjoy that new ride, Dyna Gramps. I'm glad things are working out to your satisfaction.
Congrats on the new scoot...and yes Tucson Hd is a very good dealer i have used them a couple times........I am so glad they did the right thing....I am also glad the tech is ok...he might be banged up but he will be fine....Good luck and God bless.
