I would call my insurance company today what if this driver said your bike did something stupid and sues you a few years later? Get5 them involved right away and they will be there to keep you safe.

Gramps, I ws in Tucson a couple of weeks ago and you're right about riding all year. I'm sorry to hear about your ride but it sounds like they're taking good care of you. Ask me how I know you're going to love the new ride and color!!!!

Did you ask the dealer if they are taking care of the cagers vehicle?
I would hate to find out later that because it was your bike that struck the vehicle, your insurance was responsible for that part. Especially since the police officer took your ins info.

hopefully that isnt the case, although I could see it hapening! Also I would have to bet that Good Ole Andy is on the unemployment line... you cannot cost a dealer 20 some G's and expect to keep your job! Well, Gramps it appears that so far you are doing ok. Are hey also replacing all of your extras that you added? That would make them even better!

Its a shame that the bike went out like that. Glad to hear an update on the tech's injurys. Its good that he got away with as little as he did, things could have been a lot worse off for him.
