When going from the stock header to the true dual setup and the slip-ons are the same, will the fuel mixture be richer or leaner? I have a 04 Road King with the Kuryakan Twin velocity air filter and the D&D 2 1/2" slip-ons. I have the Cobra Fi2000r fuel Management system. Stock motor with no download. I have as yet to find out whether to enrichen the mixture or lean it out. Does anyone have a setup similar to this and to what have you adjusted your pot settings?
if your running a fuel man system, you should be able to contact the manufacture, tell them exactlly what you changed and they can tell you what adjustments to make. good luck!!
Your fuel mixture will almost always be leaner when you change to any aftermarket exhaust. How much leaner depends on what you have already done to your bike and what type of exhaust you change to.
I'm sure your fuel management system will handle this OK but I would contact them to get exact instructions.
