Since there are no FLRTI lower fairing speaker enclosers availible yet ,I modified the stock storage boxes for 5 1/4" speakers.
First I removed the snaps, doors and inserts.
I installed some foam between the mat'l and the box at the top because the boxes are not flat on the front surface.
I used 9/32 thick. polypro. cutting boards purchased at Lowe's for $3 ea. for the speakers to fit flush.
I had to bend the upper left corner of the panel on the left side. The boxes are not molded the same.
I used stainless steel philips head screws to mount the panels to the boxes.
Rattle can satin black.

looks good...so how does it sound ? did it add alot to your ARC setup? i was thinking about lower speakers , so far iam satisfied with my ARC amp and speakers without adding them, but things change
It did make the system sound better.I figured that adding two more speakers would help take the load(because of the amp) off of the two in the upper fairing.
Did you have to remove any mat, from the glove box for the speaker to clear? I did on mine but the hogg tunes speakers have a big magnet. Your's look very good and clean I like it!!!

You know,I didnt even check for that.
After I scribed the hole location,I just drilled a pilot hole for the jig saw and went to town. The saw did cut out a couple arcs in the rectangular stock opening.Did not care since I would not be going back to stock. The large hole did make it easier to install the boxes preassembled in the lowers.
The magnets on the ARC's are large also.
I should have taken pictures of the whole process, but it was one of those drinking beers up in the barn/workshop days when my bloodshot eyes saw the hogg tunes lowers speaker kit I had bought and found out wouldn't fit, sitting there beside all my tools and the idea just sorta took off, a 12 pack of icehouses later I was sitting on my bike listening to 6 speakers I'll try and get a few pictures, I still need to replace my black covering I reused my old stuff it's a bit rough looking in a spot or 3 lol! Turned out pretty good though!
