I received a 103 Stage II kit yesterday from Chicago HD. I was going through the parts this morning and believe it or not it came with a dirty used air cleaner in the kit. I called Chicago and they have me filling out a form and returning it at which time they'll exchange it for a new one. What is really amazing is that they received the kit intact from HD which means that the factory put the used part in there which is even more unbelievable! When I asked the Chicago guy if he could believe that he said that nothing from those guys surprised him. That's a bummer! Check your purchases carefully!
It could of been a dealer return to them in which another dealer ordered it and returned it to Harley.........My dealer has received two bikes this year with the wrong color side covers on!!!! It happens more than you think.....
Unfortunately it doesn't surprise me at all. We get packages of used spark plugs here at the shop a few times a year. There are plenty of losers out there that see nothing wrong with theft.

I'am not surprised, last three trips to dealer.
Twice parts were missing.
Third time, they sold me a used oil filter.Damn thing still had an ounce
of oil in it and I spilled it onto my gas tank.Filter had been returned and
was suppose to go to service dept.for reuse.

And where are you?! I want to avoid any dealer that reuses oil filters. Don't care if it's parts or service department...............
