Go to hardware section of your local Ace Hardware store or Lowes etc. They have small round black plastic plugs of different sizes that will fit.

The ones I bought at Lowes was either too big or too little. So I used the little ones and super glued them in. Putting the glue on from the inside. That way it didn't smear on the outside of the fairing.

Same here, but I wrapped them with teflon tape to make them fit. Tedious job but seems to be working well. My plan is to eventually put speakers where the holes are.

A few guys put tweeter speakers in that location looked really good too!
A search might help if you're interested.
I have no more info - sorry.

When I removed the fairing mount mirrors on my 06 Street Glide, I plugged the holes with the medallions for a Road King.

I used it as an excuse to order the color match inner fairing and swap it out......

You can use plugs, tweeters or another option is to wire in small turn signals in the area and that way folks on the side of you can see that you have your turn signals on.
