I just put a 160/16 Dunlop on my 03 Road King. Only mods needed was a .15" pulley shim and to remove the rubber flap on the belt guard.
My friend got a new Street Glide and did new tires and wheels at pick up and gave me the stock set... sweet!!!! As soon as I kill this tire the 180/18 is going on and the 18" front at the same time.
I'm really considering converting to rear chain drive for clearance issues and the next thing that is coming is gonna be some added heat to the motor... any thoughts on a chain on a tourer???

FYI, if you want to stay with a belt drive, switch to a 07-08 belt and narrower rear pulley.
