LED Taillight
OK, I'm sure this has been discussed before but I can't find the thread. I have a 07 RG with the smoked lay down taillight lense cover. The kit came with a very dim LED bulb that you can barely see, even at night. What I'd like to do is replace this with a much brighter LED bulb. Has anyone else done this, if so, what bulb did you buy? I'm cheap and don't want to spend any more than I have to.

I'm sure you could find a different bulb or a brighter LED setup at Custom Dynamics. Typically any type of LED style bulb that uses an 1156/1157 type socket wont be very bright (at least not the ones Ive seen). They are fine for turn signals but not for tail lights. If you are using a tail light with an LED socket connection then Id recommend upgrading to a different tail light that uses a LED board.
