I like the heel-toe shifter.

I like heel and toe. Makes it easy to shift with my flip flops on.

Toe only heel rests somewhere back there.

Toe only. Threw the heel shifter in the bag just in case the toe shifter might fall off again. Luckily it got caught between my foot and the floorboard.

Toe only. Without the heel shifter I have more room to move my foot around on long rides and IMHO it is easier to lift my toes to shift up than to lift my heel.

Heel/Toe is the only way to go. Have trouble with toe only now when on anything else.

I like using both. My heel shifter needs to be adjusted lower though. It's uncomfortable having to get the hell so high up to reach it. I'll have it set by spring they way it needs to be.

Heel and toe. I don't find using only the toe shifter to be comfortable giventhe seating position on an FLH. Just my .02
