Heel & toe. Only use toe for down shifting of course. Sure saves on top of my leather boots. I can't stand having that nasty looking scuff mark.

I have used both and prefer just the toe, maybe because size 13 boot. The mark on the toe of the left boot never really bothered me, I always thought it was just part of being a biker.

i use both, and hardly remember what its like only having the toe. I wear size 13 and never had any problem with room on the footboard.

Love the heal shifter, Properly adjusted it works great for me. Hard to miss a gear with your heal.

I still have both, but I find myself only using the toe shifter.

I use the heel shifter, but only to shift into neutral.
