Last bike had heel/toe. RK didn't when I got it. I got the heel component to add it long ago but never installed it. Like the toe shift better, but it does mess up the boots. Means I wear the bike boots all the time.

Hey, that's a pretty good way of putting it. I like the step down aspect both on the downshift and on the up. Sue me.

Thumbs up best invention ever

After riding metrics for over 20 years and a FXDWG for 2 I test rode my first Ultra. It took me about 2 tenths of a mile to know it was Love. With the bike and the heel shifter!!!

This is the first time I've ever had Heel and Toe Shifter and love it. It took a little getting used to, but not much.

Toe Only. Ridden dirt bikes and street bikes for years and just did not feel comfortable for me, plus the extra room without the heel shifter is nice.

I like the heel shifter. Can go without it too but all in all i like it.
