Yesterday was the first time I tried a heel shifter, and I hated it. Told the sales guy that is going to come off when I get my bike. He said to give it a month or so and I will love it. He has given me some good advice with the Sporty so I will give it the month, but not sure it will last past that.
It took me about 10 minutes to get used to the heel shifter. Since then, it's hard to imagine going back!
I like that with the heel shifter you can save your boots somewhat too. It's easier to have a new heel put on a boot than replacing the leather on the toe! I always hated that rub mark on the left boot all the time!
I never thought of that!
Hate to ruin my fashion statement.
