My King Tour pak is on the way to the painters and along with my set of hardbags will be back in about 6-8 weeks. I've never had a Tour pak before and want to know if I need any additional hardware to attach the Tour pak itself to the detachable 2-up tour pak rack? I'm getting ready to order my Docking kit for the tour pak rack and the rack iteself, a wrap around backrest pad, tour pak and saddlebag liners, a tour pak lock and a detachables lock and want to make sure I have everything I need to attach the Tour pak to the rack itself. Gonna have to have my dealer install a set of locks keyed to my bike and that should be it i'm hoping. Thanks

Why?
You can install it yourself.
Pop the plastic cover off your ignition key, the key code is there.
Order the correct lock, about $20 bucks...install it yourself.
I think you have everything you need in the list. Let us know how much it ends up costing. I am wondering if my delaer is fudging the number at all.
I will Mike. Its not cheap and I knew that going in but my wife wants it and you know what that means.....ballparked so far and I should be done..
hard bags-new take-offs from a trike conversion-$550
King Tour pak-new mismatched lid and base-painting anyway-$560
Docking kit-$43
Tour pak rack-$140
Wrap-around backrest for TP-$150
Not needed but want...
Saddle bag liner-fitted-$116
Tour pak liner-fitted-$61
Total =$1,620 + the cost to have painted to match my bike.

Thanks BadPiggy-I'll do that. I hate having the dealer do ANYTHING to my bike.
