I had the 12" on my RG. It lasted a week and then it went on eBay. I'm 6''4", and the turbulence almost ripped my head off. Nice looking shield, though...

I have the the 12.5" Klock on mine and love it. The shorter 8" shield looks killer, but is better for an around town bike. I still have an 8" smoked sealed in the box if anyone wants a good deal on one.

Don't waste your money on the Klockwerks Roadglide shield. Buy this -1 Clearview shield for $100.00 plus shipping. Thicker than the Klockwerks, doesn't vibrate. Quality item. I changed to the stock height Clearview and have this one to sell.

Too expensive for the mixed results, some good shields out there for less.

This is my buddy's bike. I rode it on the freeway at 80mph, stereo sounded good, a little wind, but no buffeting. I like it, and it looks good. I'm 6 ft. by the way.

I know you will get many opinions and how they work depends on how high you sit in the seat. I'm 5'7" and got the 12" model and hated it. The wind buffeting made it miserable to ride on the highway with. I bought a RG windshield from Clark's Custom Windshields ( www.customflhtwindshields.net ) and love it. I can look over the top but the way it mounts ( It stands more vertical. ) makes the wind buffeting non existant on me and much better for my passenger.
