Default Trim Ring Fits like $#1+

Anyone else have this issue on there glide? I am talking about the gap at the bottom. Now looking at the picture on the HD site it even shows it! Looks bad anyone have a cure for this??? I know it's the original bezel thats to big. I took it off and it wont even fit when fitting it on my bench...

Notice the little gap at the bottom!!!

I'm right there with you, I installed it on my Ultra and was not impressed either. I thought maybe it was just me. I guess not.

Yup, same here. I was thinking of trying a thin, narrow strip of chrome tape I found at a local hobby store used for striping on RC airplanes.

Other the the minor gap at the bottom, it's a good lookin' piece. I hung a guardian bell from the gap!

good idea there bountyhunter. I sent two sets of these back before I realized the gap was "supposed to be there". I do like the change it makes tho..

Oh Yea I wouldn't of bought it if I didnt like the way it looks! I just wish the gap was not there...

I was able to snug mine up and get rid of the gap, just play with it a bit.
