Can you show us a better pic of your wild 1 575?? Would love to see them mounted, as those are the bars I'm getting ready to purchase for my 09 ultra. Thanks, Rich
I enjoyed Crash12888's post about installing the 56176-08 2" pullback bars. When I saw the product online, it doesn't say that they are incompatible with ABS equipped bikes. But when I went down to the local dealer, it said on the box and the '09 catalog that they are not compatible with ABS bikes. I am confused!!!
Has anyone tried fitting them successfully to an ABS bike?
Thanks,
Quint
They work fine! It also says they can't be used with fairing mounted mirrors but I and others on this forum use them fine with fairing mounted mirrors. Now these are on Terrie's 09 Street Glide (with ABS) but she uses them fine with ABS and fairing mounted mirrors.
I think these photos show the bars in relation to the mirrors. It just depends on if you're going to turn the bars up (shove them forward) or not. In this location, she's able to turn fork stop to fork stop and not have it interfere with her legs or hit the tank.
