I remember someone on the forum that was making a kit for relocating the floorboards forward using a plate that mounted where the engine guard would be. I had the link on my computer but I've had some issues with it and lost the link. If anyone can send it to me it would be greatly appreciated since I really liked the idea and it would definately help on long trips since I've already ridden a bike with accutronic forward controls but they needed to be farther forward and the ones I saw before were forward of the front downtubes and of course the engine guard was removed.
