Cool Which One????? PC111 or SESRT

Lookin for some input and opinions.Am not sure which tuner I want to go with.Heard good things about PC111.Was wondering who is using SESRT,and what kind of results you guys are getting.Likes and dislikes.I realize it is only a tuning tool, and a dyno run and good tuner make the differance.

Thanks in advance, always get great feedback and opions from
you guys.............

They both get you down the same road, I've never had the SERT, I've always used the PCIII on my bikes, my local tuners perfer them as well.

the PC3 is a pure fuel management system it piggy back to your ECM. The SERT opens up all of your PCM. you can change EVERYTHING ie.. timing, temp management (the running on one cylider feature), fuel injectors pulse, idle, warmup steps, deccel and accel enrichment, rmp limits knock control, and Its a BETTER SYSTEM GET the SERT if you do cams every cam needs timing your limited to fuel with the PC3

hope it helps

The PCIII also does timing, individual cylinder mapping, Idle, accel & decel enrichment, rev limiter changes.

I don't know why you would think it doesn't??

I have never heard of anyone having problems with the SERT. My bike runs so well with it, I never had it tuned. Good mufflers and AC are needed too.

I have the PCIII but since I have switched to a new Dealer for service they recommended the Sert saying that it is a Harley product and they don't modify the signle to the ECM they acutally change the ECM programing and it is much more versitile. They seem like a honest dealer so far, but I guess you are really going to get 100 different opions if you ask a 100 different people.

I have not seen any real good write-up's in and of the mags that do a true comparision betwen the two.

Go with the one that whoever will be tuning the bike is the most experienced with.

It does not matter which one is "Best" if the guy trying to tune it is not experienced/familiar/comfortable with it.

Having said that, I prefer the SERT/Supertuner. In the right hands, I think it is capable of giving the best tune. It has the advantage of finer control, and not having to "piggyback" anything onto the bike. (no secondary boxes/connections to fail)

It has the DIS advantage of being married to the bikes VIN # once installed, and higher price.

Why I went with PCIII for the FLHT Local Tuner told me can tune it any way you like and more comfortable with them.. With a little reading and a good Laptop can even do some yourself.. Am sure the others will work as well Heard a lot of good about the SERT and heard the Tmax is great but can't justify the cost of a Tmax as just looking for good performance not wanting to race everyone..

Not sure which is better but I've seen far more posts here with problems with the PCIII than the SERT. I've had a SERT im my last 2 bike w/o problems.

I haven't seen any posts of "problems with PC III". Can you point me in that direction? Just because you haven't had a problem doesn't make it the "best".
