Are they HD's pods and speakers? If they are, do you want rear passenger control? Do you plan to add intercom and/or CB? I ask these questions because it isn't difficult to make your own harness using only the four speaker connecting wires--you can buy the connectors and terminals for the wires they use relatively inexpensively compared to the cost of the HD harness.
If they aren't HD pods and speakers, you can fab your own harness using the HD connectors and wire terminals to plug into the rear of the headunit.
You will still need a dealer flash to your ECM to turn on the rear speakers.
I've fabbed a couple of these harnesses for buddy's bikes and it's not difficult and saves some $$$ versus the HD harness.
