4 hours labor. I don't have the manual yet, hell I don't even have the bike yet, and i'm not familiar with the "Batwing" yet, so I just figured I would have them do it. They also installed the luggage rack because I was not to excited about drilling through the tourpak lid, but that's not included in the 4 hours.
Installed Wild Ones 575 on my Ultra and it wasn't really that bad of a job. I have ABS and the only thing that I needed was a +4 clutch cable. I could not find a +4 so went with a +6, which really hasn't made that much of a difference and there is plenty of room in the fairing. The bars are great and there is no reason to do anything with the abs lines, it reaches perfectly and no need to change the line or extend it. BTW, I bought the bars and the cable from M&M Cycles and it cost me @ $230 with shipping included; plus the shipping was pretty fast, had them at my door in a week.
I just installed the Harley 2" pullbacks along with the HD clutch cable Dawg recommended on my 09 Ultra with abs.(Thanks Dawg) Brake and throttle wire are plenty long. I did not have to remove my exhaust to get clutch cover off either. Plenty room to remove bottom 2 bolts. A much nicer ride.
I just got up this forum, and read a lot of useful information ...
But I would like to ask for your help. I'm looking at various websites of bikes customization but I'm not finding what I need.
I bought a 14'ape hanger for my Road King Classic 2010. And now I need to buy the cables (Clutch, ABS brake, cruise control, etc). My intention is to buy all plug and play, to avoid cuts, welds and solders ....
At all websites of customization, just found the kits for bikes without ABS ... And my Road King has ABS, cruise control, electronic throttle and ...
Can you me indicate one (or ones) website where I can find these kits to buy?
Just ordered the Pull back handlebars waiting to arrive. Installed the reduce reach and still felt a little uncomfortable. Hope the Pull back works P/57461-11. I was told that they come stock on the 2011 CVO RG.
