SSN711 please don't buy any Harley Stock! I want the MOCO to stay in bussiness so I can buy another bike somewhere down the road.

By any chance did you also buy...Nortel, Indy Mac bank, Countrywide, Wachovia, Lehman Bros, Washington Mutual, Circuit City, Linens and things, Sharper Image, Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac....?

It will recover right along with the rest of the market in due time. Now is the time to buy as it's norm is 4 times the current price.

The toys (boats, bikes, etc), discretionary spending, is the first to go in a declining economy. I would wait it out. No one can be sure, but I don't think we have seen the last bottom of the stock market yet. Wait for the flush. Recovery will follow and in the long run Harley stock will recover.

well they will most probably cut back production, maybe the days of waiting 2 years to get a harley will be back....cant even imaging plunking cash down on a bike that hasent been designed yet...but i remember my neighbour doin it...dyna wideglide as i recall...i just hope the MOCO can make it through...
