As for HD finanacing having problems with sub primes.... has anyone seen what interest rate HD charges for bikes? 13%+ I've been hearing folks complain about...
So yes it is just like the housing, IMO, the housing thing and the economy crash could have been headed off by 2 things
1. Lower the god awful adjustable rates and fix them...
2. let some of those folks who bit off more than they can chew take the hit and suffer for buying more than they can afford...
THis whole thing was blown out of proportion at the beginning because and could have been stopped.
