Dont take this the wrong way, but why are you not asking the service tech that is doing the work? I am also waiting on my bike to come back from the shop on a 95" stage 2 upgrade. I spent about 2-3 hours with the tech that would be doing the work, asking about how different elements in the package go and work together, and if anything outside the boxed package would work better.
My advice would be to talk with the tech, they should be very helpful in explaining whats what, I mean you are paying for the service, right.
if it were mine,i would put in a set of gear drive cams, and do away with the tensioner setup.then you would never have to worry about the tensioners again.
I don't know, those GearDrive Cams are spendy and it's not as simple as just the Cams.... I hear the new tensioners are better...different matierial that runing synthetic and the should go a 50K or so at least that's what I've been told...anyone else hear that?
It says on one line of the work order..Download at over 2oo bucks and later it has this DICGITAL TECH at over 200.00 again...What is the DIGITAL TECH part.??

If you're getting the new tensioners, why is he charging you for the old ones?
The numbers you listed are old style tensioners and look nothing like the new.
You looked tensioners up it sounds like..Confirm those numbers are for 05 Ultra as yes we were supposed to be movin up a year or 2 for the new style with less or no spring action..Confirm lease and if you have the proper numbers advise..Thanks,
