Does anyone know where I can find those leather tour pack filler strips that mount between the bottom of the tour pack and the top of the rear fender. They hide the chrome hardware that mounts the tour pack.
I looked on the H-D site but no luck there.
I think that they come attched to the back rest for the tour pack. We put on a george Anderson tour pack relocator and that space opened up some more. The porpose of it is to keep air from blowing up the backside of the pillion rider. I bought a cheap Harley Davidson rollup beach blanket and keep it stuffed in there year round. Works great and only $20.00.
The ones I saw were made of leather. They were about 12"-14" long and about 4"-5" wide and they hide the mounting hardware that bolts to the bottom of the tour pack where it mounts to the detachable docking hardware. I have seen them on several Road Glides that have the dtachable tour pack.
I'm curious to see these as I have the same tourpak but have not yet gotten the detachable mount for it yet. Do they mount under the tourpak to hide the hardware? Sort of like Velcro'd on or what?
Obviously anyone with a pic would be a great help... Thx
