Hey guys I recently sold my '05 night train and have been thinking about purchasing a street glide. I found this ride it is a 2006, 4100 miles, 1550 kit w/ 202 cams, SE heads and exhaust and 21" front 18" rear. They want $17500 for it. I am new to this bagger thing and would like your opinion. Below is a pic of my old bike and the SG.
Seems like a good price for that bike as it sits with the upgrades and mileage. Nice looking too. Let us know how it turns out. I like your Night Train as well.
Too much cash. You can get a new 2008 for not much more if you can find one in your area.
edit. not to say that bike isn't nice and has great mods already added. I always look @ resale. With the 2009s out and all the advancements you are already behind in the game buying a 2006.

I think that's where I'm coming from - my '07 SG was the same color, and it's a gorgeous bike, but I think they've made so many major changes since '06 that you'd have a very difficult time if you needed to sell it down the road. With the deals going on right now you should be able to get a leftover '08, or even a new '09 for just a little more.
