...was reading online today at HD's site and went to the features and specs and saw where it says in the "key features" and talks about the bags and tour pack, that there is a 2-position adjustability??? What the heck is this feature?

 

You can move the tour pak it has two positions. It is set back from the factory.

 

... thanks for the info. It figures that it would be set back all the way from the factory! Guess that's why they moved location on the '09's to give more passenger room.

 

Mine was actually in the forward position from the factory. i had to move it back in order to put the passenger hand rails on.
