Moving a tour pack back

Is it possible to move the tour pack, on an '07 Ultra, back an inch or so to provide more room in the passenger area?

Thanks Dawg. I didn't see your post before my last one. That is what I'll do. Did your passenger notice a big difference? Also, did you notice a big difference in room and comfort when your passenger was on board?
