This was me too! Get active as soon as possible within Dr's orders. Try not to sneeze for about a week. hurts like hell. Wear the bone stimulator (PITA but helps the bone graft take) especially if you use the cadaver bone. Its a bummer but I feel really bad for the people who live with the pain because of the anxiety of surgery. good luck in your recovery!

good luck sparky01 I had c4 c5 done in 2000 and found out this week c2 c3 and c3 c4 are done now same symptoms as before pain s@#t! lasted 7 years seams like I know a lot of people that have had this done why? I also had L3 L4 done with the one above and below dead. can you still ride when you cant turn to look behind you? lost 2 years of riding for those surgery's.
