Dimmer for the lights and cup holder are good suggestions. A storage compartment would also be nice. Pin striping or texture to dress it up. Gauges with a more modern look and a radio screen that matches. CD Changer, MP3 card slot.
Why not put everything behind an opaque flat panel with touch screen controls?

If you looking at the whole fairing, add vents to let more air through when its hot and/or an adjustable windshield.

Nobody has mentioned the engine light... It's a car engine. Why not make it a v-Twin? Nobody mentioned a garage door opener button either.

Cleaner multifunction LED guages that have the look of analog guages versus pure number displays and free up space for expanding audio options.
