Did the heim joint shift linkage mod today...

I put two 5/16 female rod ends in my tour pack when I got the bike. If I had to, I could fix on the side of the road. I am thinking about going ahead and installing them so I don't have to deal with that later.

(i reused the stock linkage rod, but you can get a new spiffy one if you want. if you go that route, see if you can get one that is about 1/2 in shorter, that will give you more adjustment room)
