Did anyone say they ONLY ride in their boots? If you can work, walk, climb, ride, etc., in cheap-a$$ boots without sore feet and back pain, more power to ya.

I have Harley "Brake Lights". But they were completely uncomfortable UNTIL I added Gel inserts. In my opinion - Gel inserts are the trick to comfortable boots.

One side note- you should only ride with boots, and only with at least an 8" high one. I had an accident in October. I had a very minor crack in my left ankle. The girl who took off my boot in the emergency room said if I had NOT been wearing a good riding boot, it would have been a bad multiple fracture that would have taken a plaster cast and maybe even pins.

ALWAYS wear high boots. I will never ride without them or a helmet after my accident.

i have had lots of boots over the yrs. the ones i like best for walking and riding are the Tour Master solution boots. Waterproof, fairly cool in FL summer and warm in winter. They are excellent for walking and i have about worn the soles off.

Question??? Anyone know where i can get a new sole put on them?

ko4qc, do you have anything positive to contribute? How about telling us the brand name of those $20 boots that you like so much.

Rocky Cop boots. If cops walk in them all day, they've got to be comfortable....and they are.

If you want comfort and protection, Cruiserworks are the answer. Outstanding durability and also re-solable. www.cruiserworks.com
Almost forgot I've had mine going on eight years and still totally waterproof.
