Got my SG in late October. Only had a couple of good days in early November to ride before the damn snow started. I was lucky to get 400 miles in. It's been in the shop for Stage II 103" and a couple of other goodies since December 28th. They're storing it too. I have visitations rights. The let me go in once a week and stroke it and sometimes start it up. *sniff*
Pretty much did the same thing. Bought an '09 SG on December 5th. Had some work done and finally had it delivered last Saturday.....needless to say when it was 60 degrees out on Wed. there was NO way I was going to work. Spent the day seeking out the twisties and getting lost on some back roads....what a great day!

Congrats on the new bike. I'm headed out with AX in hand to do the same thing. If I can just chip a narrow path to the road I can get out and ride as well. The roads are dry. ARRRG!!
If you can believe it we had a roof problem here in Chicago where I work and due to 30" of snow on that roof the roofer could not asses the repairs until it has melted off.
So when in a meeting discussing the course of action I was asked if I could expedite the melting of snow. I about $h1t!! I told the meeting attendees that if I could I would have already and asked them if they remembered that I ride a motorcycle.
