Are ya short or tall??? I am 5'9" and use the HD long angled to reach around my lowers. I have my pegs set up to where I can rest my heel on the boards and my toes on the pegs. Or put my whole foot on or over the pegs.

I use the HD 360 degree mounts. I would like to try those like Monstermile has too.

I love my Kuryakyn Swithchblades like those shown above. They offer a lot of varying foot rest options.

Thanks, very helpful. (I am 5'7", and have had my stock seat backrest built up, or forward, 2.5" with a custom seat builder here in Seattle) Maggie

I just got the HD short angled like DesertClassic. I like the fact that I can move them anywhere but I am still working on finding the sweet spot. It would help if wasn't so darn cold so I could ride more to test out different positions.

HD 360's - can be set anywhere to fit your style and they look good.

[quote=dirtdobber;4572566]I am using these:

Adjustable Highway Peg Mounting Kit - Long Angled
Stretch out for added comfort. This chrome-plated Adjustable Highway Peg Mounting Kit can be set for shorter riders, and it can be reversed to reach far forward for those with long legs. The angled design allows the arm to reach back and around to clear fairing lowers. The arm can be raised and lowered for a custom fit. The mounting clamp firmly grips the engine guard, and the locking design secures the peg at the desired angle. Kit includes chrome-plated mounting hardware. Footpegs sold separately.

+1 on these. Just mount them low, mine were high from the dealer, very uncomfortable, lowered them and all is good in the world. A multitude of positions, just play with them until you have them right.

Anyone have any pictures of what these would look like on sg without the fairings?

Thanks.
