I had the HD long reach mounts and could not find a comfortable position which worked for me whilst they were folded.
This for me was quite an important point - many of these combinations can get dangerous in that they "trap" the foot in the footwell area and getting your foot out is not as straightforward .
It is worth making sure that the option you choose gets well clear of the "path" your foot follows when you want to put your foot down
I just got a set of the Kury Flip Blades. They are the most comfortable of anything I've riden with. My butt used to get tired after 100 plus miles but not with these. They look cool too. Soory I dont have a pic,but you can see them on Kuryakyn's site. I hear they are recalled due to a bushing problem so I'll get a new set when the upgrade comes out.
I have the HD 360 adjustables and also installed the floorboard extenders from Harley Goodies and can very comfortably keep my heel on the boards and rest my 'toes' on the roll bar pegs. I love the combination. If I feel like it I can also extend out my legs further and place the heel on these pegs as well. Here are a few pics with me in my stocking feet
