Yep. I know you stated you like the Kuryakan brand; but HD makes a great set of mounts; I have them and they rock. Use the actual pegs of your choice with these:

Adjustable Highway Peg Mounting Kit - Long Angled

Stretch out for added comfort. This chrome-plated Adjustable Highway Peg Mounting Kit can be set for shorter riders, and it can be reversed to reach far forward for those with long legs. The angled design allows the arm to reach back and around to clear fairing lowers. The arm can be raised and lowered for a custom fit. The mounting clamp firmly grips the engine guard, and the locking design secures the peg at the desired angle. Kit includes chrome-plated mounting hardware. Footpegs sold separately.

...... i'm 6'2" & went w/an angled set that ended up being kury. Got'm for $50 (w/pegs) on eBay.

... i set them low so they clear the lowers & allow me to use the footboard as a heel rest. Very comfortable.

I have the Kuryakan switch blades mounted low enough to rest my heel on the foot boards and my toe on the begs. This gives me multiple positions. The one previously stated or flip out the heel rest and move my foot up or rest my heels on the top of the peg. I use the last position on warmer days to cool off the "boys" once in a while. But I must warn you of the stray bee that could play hell on the "boys" as well...don't ask...I just know.

I put those on my Limited with the Heel Raiser Chrome and Rubber footpegs and have found them to be VERY comfortable. I had to adjust them a couple of time to find exactly where I liked them the best. They have multiple adjustments, so you should be able to set them exactly how you want them.

This is the same set I bought for my Ultra. Works fine. Didn't know you could reverse them to reach forward. Thanks for the info.

6'7" here so I know what you mean. I do have a set of the extended type but just can't seem to get them in a comfy position. But set of Kury Switch Blades did the trick.
As another said I have them set low and can utilize three different foot positions to mix it up a bit, very comfy and the heel rest help keep the numb *** syndrome at bay since I can relax my whole leg easier.
