Check out the one Harleypingman picked up. Do a search under his name and you'll find it. Actually HERE it is

Dawg, thanks for posting the link--you are one very, very helpful HDF'er.

HMT, this scissor jack does the trick. I've only used it to raise the front wheel to remove it and the forks. And will shortly reinstall the chrome fork kit, etc. and move the jack back to pull the rear wheel. It's very stout and the bike ('04 EG) is extremely stable on it (with tie downs of course).

The jack was a gift to my best bud for use of his garage and lift for my paint project. He's a "tool guy" and think it's great.

I highly recommend it for the application you are considering, and, frankly, may use it off the lift instead of my bike jack if I'm just raising one end of the bike slightly.

Ironic, that you posted completehydraulic.com, because that is who the Ebay seller is. I thought I recognized the name and pulled the invoice for the one I bought and they are the seller shown on the invoice. It's listed as item "TCML-SJ," "Service Jack."

Their website description and price:

http://www.completehydraulic.com/lifts-motorcycle.html

(I had to look to see if the price was the same/lower/higher than the Ebay price--they're the same.)

Thanks for the replies. The cheapest one I found is this one. http://www.weliftmotorcycles.com/scissorjack.htm $60.00 plus shipping. I need A wide scissor jack for work so I figure I might as well get 1 that works on the Bike also. Ride safe and often,HMT

Berndude, no problem. If I was that close it would be a no brainer also. I found a BlackJack 1000 jack at JC whitney's for $103.00 with free shipping. I may have to do that. http://www.jcwhitney.com/Lifts/GP_20...7675_10111.jcw
