My '06 Road Glide came with 211 cams, SERT and true duals. I was VERY disappointed with the 211 cams, as they did not come on until 3,000 RPM's. I've ridden dressers for the past 15 years, and much prefer the low end torque of a stock H-D compared with the lack of low end torque provided by the 211's.
Bottom line: If you don't like the low end torque provided by the stock cams and would rather wind it over 3,000 RPM's every time you ride, then the 211 cams are what you need!
I recently changed to HQ 0034 cams and noticed a nice improvement in low end torque, but only rode it a few times last Fall until the season ended here in Ohio. After my annual Spring ride to FL this coming April I can provide more details, should you care to contact me.

I think the more you ride it the more your going to like the 0034's, I've yet to bump into anyone that had problems with them. I'm sitting around waiting to add a 2010 Triglide to my stable and also waiting to take my dads 2009 Triglide for a ride. I'm figuring if the 103 in stock form doesn't get it done I'm going to bolt in a set of HQ TC-500 cams which are the same as the 0034 but fit 07 and up.
I've ridden a friends SG with 211's and I can tell you it runs very well. Are there other cams that will out pull it off idle through redline..... sure. The bottom line is the 211's are going to be a strong improvement over stock at every RPM. If it's not, suspect your tune. For most people, that will be money well spent.
Again, there are plenty of choices out there. Nobody is saying the 211 is the be all end all cam. It does have a nasty sounding idle, which I really like.
