Question Plate relocation under fender

Wnated to know if you guys n gals like the look of this setup? This is just a mock up for now. Does anybody know of a company that makes a mount for here, or am I on my own as far as fabbing? my mock up consists of my old original sportster mount. The only problem I forsee is parking and hitting a curb, but will act as a mudflab. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Looks horrible and unfinished. What are you going to use for a light. Sticck with stock look or HD relocation kit

Nice, the only problem I can see is it will not be lit up and LEO may bother you about that.

I like it, the only issue you may come across is there is no light to shine on the tag. Some LEO's get funny with that. What about serious dips in the road? May bottom out. Hard to tell, guess I get a little paranoid with stuff like that.

Looks horrid because its temporary, just wanted to give an idea of it from outside when done. You musta missed where I said it was a "MOCK UP"

I would end up mounting lights under fender pointed at plate or using the lighted bolts Ive seen for sale. They would be wired to tail light.

Good idea, but IMO, Not stylish enough for a Harley!

I think it would be better with the rubber bumper removed. Maybe you can get the fender tip light to light up the plate that way.

Yank off the big old knarly bumper, buy the street glide bracket to replace the bag brace and get it mounted up higher, hell if you flip that bracket around it might reach up to the brace mount on the fender.

Your bumper will be useless anyway with the plate there, plus they are nasty looking, I took off the front and rear on my UC.

Not only bumps, but coming down curbs or whatnot pulling out of driveways, that thing would bend/break for sure eventually.
