Default Fend Install

So, I'm hoping to get my paint back soon. I thought I had posted about this before but I can't find my post or any other posts regarding this. I am trying to figure out the safest way to reassemble my front end after removing my fork legs for lowering and powdercoat. What combination do I use to reassemble this? Fork legs, fender, calipers, and wheel/rotors. Any help or links to how-to sites would be excellent.

Thanks in advance,

BM

That's the order I reassembled mine in.....only thing I can think of is that when I mounted my new fender semi-snug, it was out of shape,I guess because the forks weren't exactly aligned with each other.....after then putting on the wheel/tire and semi-snugging that up, something popped into place and voila everything was where it was supposed to be.

The fork leg alignment will be aided by installing the axle. When it moves easily in and out (no jokes here guys) they are aligned. Just install the forks fully, snug the pinch bolts enough to hold them, then install the axle without spacers or front wheel.

i would suggest a small piece of cloth between the fender and mounts on the legs to prevent scratching

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll make note of them and be as careful as I can with my fresh paint!
