Went to Battlefield HD in Gettysburg, PA. Was surprised by there willingness to deal. In fact, they had signs all over saying "Talk to us. We'll deal" and "Great Pricing". I've never bought a bike there, but their parts department gives me a standard 10% off whereas my local won't do anything but take the cash.
2009 FLHX Vivid Black, Cruise, ABS and Security. I paid MSRP with zero freight, setup or dealer fees, 2 Tee-Shirts and 1000 mile service included. Bike is in the crate and I will be picking it up on Friday or Saturday.
They gave me $8500 trade for my 2005 FXDI with 45,000 miles which is about $1000-1200 more than other dealers offered me. I will be keeping the Boss Bags and Corbin seat and selling them on Ebay and hope to get about another $500-600 for them.
While not a fantastic deal I think I got a good deal espeically considering that most of their bikes have $3-8K of add ons.
I went with HD Credit @ 9.4% APR but I will be refinancing through my credit union sometime in the near future.

Congrats, and most Credit unions will still give you a New Vehicle purchase rate as long as the model year is new mileage is low. Otherwise if you wait to long you will have to go used or personal.
***** G...This is a good deal! I had a dealer here in FL asking me for $18k for a 2007 FLHX with 4500 miles on it. When I offered him $15k they were insulted and rude to me about it. In any case, I will never do business with this dealership again. BTW, I only wanted the '07 because it was cobalt blue and I happen to love that color....

I paid $793 Tax and DMV fees and that's it. Total=$18,973.00 OTD!
They gave a HD battery tender, HD cleaning starter kit, HD leather vest with local HOG patches and a year local HOG membership.
All in all I say great deal.
I'm surprizes your Florida dealer is taking offense to your offer of 15,000. I have been looking hard on the internet for a late model used bagger and there have been some great deals in florida, several 07 SG's for under 15,000 sold last week on e-bay.
EP Wild Praire in MN is dealing.... I got 1000 off MSRP, $1400 off in parts or acc, along with no freight or set-up fees.... It took a LOT of haggling but its was worth it...
