...Im runnin the extended version. I dig em.
I'm 6'2" and they fit & feel perfect. Really allow me to s-t-r-e-t-c-h out and fully adjustable for comfort. They are rock solid as they mount up directly to where the engine guard was. Zero flex....compare that to the floorboard versions of competitors.
Of course, u'll need to purchase a set of pegs. Be forewarned the matching streamlined set for the SG...HD really dings ya for em ($160). Go figure.
Plus, it loses the bulkiness & weight of that ugly freakin engine guard. So just sell it to some chump who can't live with a scratch after "droppin" theirs LOL~
G$ those look nice. Do you have a RG? I am thinking about going the same route and replacing the crash bar with the one of the elimators out there for RGs. If you do have a RG which elminator bar did you go with? I am 6'6" with a 36" inseam and have pegs mounted a low as they will go on the crash bars and it is still not enough. Also I am using the streamline pegs from the back (passenger) for the highway pegs and bought cheaper ones for the rear since they are rairly down. Also wonder if there would be enough room for the Marks if I added the 2" forward brackets for the floorboards.
