Some good ideas! I will look into a head light modulator. Are they legal in all states?
The loud horn is a great idea also. May as well do what we can to be safe!

Stingerz LED kit from www.customdynamics.com with Black Magic remote control. Never had a car pull out in front of me at night since I put them on.
I would recommend a color other than Red or Blue though as I got pulled over a couple weeks ago by a NC State Trooper. He sadi Red or Blue was a no-go on the road but (here at least) the other colors were good to go.
I have put Sylvainia Silverstar headlight bulbs in my RG along with extra tail lights and hyper lights under my tourpack along with a set of Howards Horns (130db) and had good results from the combo.
I have always swore by the flashing brake light kit. I now for sure wan to put the LED rear light on wife and sons bikes. I have been really thinking about the front lights. After this probably will do it. Good Post by the way.
I also have both headlamp and taillamp modulators.People seem to notice me better, but I still watch the front wheels of a cage at intersections!
There's NOT a better mod in the world. Modulators front and rear and a rear Harley LED rear brake light, never a close call. Can it happen, yeah, but I would gladly pay 10 X's the price for what a modulator costs, if I had to.
I have Hella FF50 driving lights and upgraded bulbs on the front and Hyperlites on the rear along with lots of black reflective tape. I also have a Stebel air horn.
My son drives an ambulance and says that people still pull out in front of him with lights and sirens going, so I don't know if anything will work for some idiot drivers.
My last line of defense is ATGATT!
