Default FLTR Headlight Adjustment

Have my measurements laid out, cross target on wall, $4.5MM$ deep-well socket and repair manual in hand. I need to adjust the heigth of both beams, they are too low. Do I actually have to turn both the left and right adjusters simataneously to accomplish this?

I tried to search but no luck...Any help would be greatly appreciated....

No. They adjust separately.

Tried seperate adjustment - nothing. The dealer in Amarillo had the fairing off ~ 3 weeks ago to chase the cruise wiring (check engine light) and I think the mechanic dinked something up. The entire assembly moves; it was clear he had never worked on an FLTR. Looks like another AM ride w/ the high beams until I can get it in.

What I meant was that they do not need to be done simultaniously, but if you are not getting any movement something is wrong. There is a HD service bulletin that gives a measurement for the adjusters with the fairing off. It is a good starting point. I am not home so I can't give it to you.
