I can personally tell you it's the bolt that holds the HD Water Coolant Bottle on. Don't tell HD you lost the Coolant Bottle or it will void your warranty!
When I have problems like Yours, I ask My better half, to help me find where the bolt came from. She does not know anything about bikes, but will find where the bolt/screw/part is from 99% of the time.
