Looks like the bolt that holds the baffle in my mufflers. But as hard as that thing was to get out I doubt it was that! Take it to the dealer and ask them, or look at a similar model bike for the mystery bolt...
Thanks for the responses guys.....I went over the whole bike and couldn't find anything. Checked the back of the seat and the bolt is still there. Same with the shift pegs and brake pedal. I really didn't expect anyone to be able to tell where it came from from the picture. I just thought it was kind of funny. The only other thing I can think of is my last bike (03 Yami Roadstar) the windshield bolts fell out on the right side. Maybe one dropped out of the left side (since the right side were all loctited up) But I traded it in back in Jan for the Ultra and it looks too clean to have been laying outside since then. But then again what do I know since I have zero mechanical ability.

Did you have a chance to look at the lower fairing mounting bolts? The ones that sit down clear down at the bottom? Really looks like that bolt to me, and one of mine fell out shortly after delivery.
