Batwing Repairs
I bought my 02 Ultra with a few scratches and have tolerated them for 2 years. Now I want to do something to make them less obvious. I can't afford a body shop so it's got to be something I can do with a little sanding and the Harley touch-up paint.
What I'd like to know is, what do I use as a filler in the scratches. I want to fill them with something that won't be a negative when and if I actually take it to a body shop. I know this is just plastic so I'm afraid to use car body filler.
Luckily the Anniversary tape didn't get damaged but there is a little overspray from the original owner trying to spray paint it.
I think if I can get it sommthed out and retouched to the right color it'll draw less attention.

Not to rain on the parade, but I think anything that you do to try and cover it up will just be a band-aid. The pic shows the scratches to be somewhat deep. Have you stoped by a body shop to see what it would cost to fix? Just throwing it out there.
Hollywoodultra, that's a bad looking ride ya got there!!!
I repaired similar scratches using Bondo "Glazing and Spot Puddy" on my outer fairing. Your problem will be the paint.
HD sells the touch-up paint but it's normally applied with a brush. HD sells aerosol paint, but not in the Anniversary color you need, unless it's another silver HD offers under a differenct name. You could try shooting the touch-up paint with an air brush on a test panel to see what result you get.
Save your $$$ and get the repair done professionally. You have a nice bike with some damage; better, IMO, to get it repaired properly than try for a band-aid fix that may or may not be better than what you have now.

I have painted alot of cars in my life and what the other guys have told you is true. The batwing needs to be repaired and repainted. You can paint it yourself and have very good results but you would need at least a compressor and a spray gun or touch up gun. If you don't have those, it may be more cost effective to take it to a painter. If you have those things or can at least borrow them than I may be able to talk you through it. email me at mkbrower@gmail.com if you have any questions.

or you could go to the local body shop, tell them that you are going to fix it in the future, but for now would like to do something that is less noticeable, what do they recommend?
