+1 Also once you have used it a few times you can dust off the bike with the cali duster and then do a wipe down with a plain wet microfiber towel. Then follow up with a dry towel to get the shine back.

It works great on paint and chrome and never
did any harm to any of my rides. Your buying
pretty much the same thing when you buy that
ten dollar can of Harley Gloss but your getting
it for three bucks instead. I will say I never used
the lemon variety, just the regular Pledge.
I always use it on my show car. I use it on the engine, suspension, and under carriage. I dont use it on the paint, glass, or chrome though. It actually repels the dust and keeps the car really clean. Regular pledge, no lemon scent to give my secret away.
Are you washing the bike first, then applying the Pledge? Or can you apply the pledge after riding (provided all parts are no longer hot) without washing?
