road king with fatboy rims?

anyone know if the old style fatboy rims (not the .50 cal. ones) will fit on my 2003 road king? i know there is a differance in the ID of the bearings but besides that is will they fit right? or what years will work?

Aren't the fatboy fronts set up for a single disk? The only other thing I remember reading on another forum was something about the hub length? You already know about the bearings.

some of the fronts are set up for dual disk,they have a chrome cap you remove on the right side to access the holes for the rotor. i am more interested in the rear wheel like if it is the correct offset and is there a spacer between the rear bearings that needs to be changed?

If you go to HD's web site under accessories in the touring section..they have the Fatboy style wheels for the RK's ... I've thought about this myself
