Hoping someone very knowledgeable can help. Trying to upload a new map from Jamie and the unit is acting screwy.. entirely too much to type here. If anyone with a good bit of PCI knowledge can PM me a phone number, I will call. Presently with laptop in driveway lol.
give us a hint at least... maybe we can help maybe we cant . My laptop is in the garage and so is the bike and yes i have a pciii but i need to know if i can even help you ...
I sent him my phone number and will give this a shot. We'll post a progress report later. Loading a map is easy and I'm curious what could've gone wrong.

Ya me too... I guess i could have pm'd him my number also but i guess i wanted to make sure i could really help.. its kind of one of them hey hold the phone closer to the bike please ...
Well here's an update. I spoke at length with Iclick. I basically went to load a map from Jaime at Fuel Moto and started to get constant Error Code 39 and could not get it cleared. The bigger issue which is still unresolved is once the new map is loaded and sent to the PCI, there is no data in the throttle window. Just ----- or 5 blank green lines. I've reset the unit and still the same and then I reinstalled the software with same results. The map loaded but I need to zero out the throttle so still stuck and I've emailed Jaime so it'll have to wait till Monday. Iclick and myself are guessing it's a problem child PCI and it'll have to get replaced.
Well, for that its worth, i can't explain why, but i had the same issue on my home computer when i loaded the Power commander software from Jamie's website. I had NO issue when i was using the CD that was provided with the unit. Once i uninstalled and then re-installed the software, i didn't get the Code 39 again.
At first i thought it was a bad 9V connection, or a bad USB cable, but neither was the case. Try reinstalling the software from a different source, and see if that helps.
Thanks... my other issue is that NO throttle percentage is shown in the window even after reloading software directly from the CD. I've got a funny feeling the actual unit is on the fritz. I've sent an email to Jamie.

Not to be an idiot but you do have the bike running when checking the throttle right? Try clearing the the PC first and downloading a new map from PC? Different USB cable? Just throwing suggestions out
